| صاحب المخطوط هو برهان الدين إبراهيم بن مصطفى بن إبراهيم، أَبو الصفاء الحلبي المداري، ولد في حلب قبل سنة (1138هـ)، ونشأ فيها، ومهر بالعلوم واشتهر بالذكاء والفضيلة، والمطالعة ولألقاء الدروس الفقهية، وأفتى وألف، وله جملة من الشيوخ والتلاميذ، ولم يزل كذلك حتى توفي سنة: (1190ه -1776م) رحمه الله تعالى، والمخطوط هو شرح في الفقه الحنفي، وقد أخذنا بعضه فحققناه من باب إدراك الفريضة، إلى باب قضاء الفوائت. |

| Abstract |
| The author of the manuscript is Burhan Al-Din Ibrahim bin Mustafa bin Ibrahim, Abu Al-Safa’ Al-Halabi Al-Madari. He was born in Aleppo before the year (1138 AH), and he grew up in it, and a dowry in the sciences and famous for his intelligence and virtue, reading and giving jurisprudence lessons. Likewise, until he died in the year: (1190 AH – 1776 AD) may God have mercy on him, and the manuscript is an explanation of Hanafi jurisprudence, and we have taken some of it and verified it from the section on qada’ alfawayit to the section on the sujud alsahw. |
