| يتناول بحثنا الموسوم بـ (أحاديث الخيرية في باب الصلاة _ دراسة في أصول الدين وفقهه_) الحديث عن الخيرية التي أطلقها النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم على أتباعه من أمته عند اقامة الصلاة وذلك لما للصلاة من منزلة ومكانة في ديننا الحنيف كذلك تم التطرق فيه عن حكم التباعد بين المصلين في المساجد بسبب جائحة كورونا أخذاً بتعاليم الدين والصحة، وقد اقتضت خطت البحث أن تنقسم على تمهيد اوضحنا فيه معنى أحاديث الخيرية وتعريفها ثم مبحثين تطرقنا فيهما إلى الأحاديث الواردة في السنة النبوية من باب اصول الدين وفقهه. |

| Abstract |
| Our research, tagged with (Hadeeths of Charity in the Chapter of prayer – A study in the Fundamentals of Religion and its Jurisprudence) deals with al –hadeeth of charity that yhe prophet (PBUH) has launched for his followers when performing prayer. This is because of the status and place of prayer in Islam. Also the research tackles the rule of separation among the prayers men in mosques due to pandemic of Covid 19 and taking into account the teachings of religion and health. The research consists of introduction that sheds light on the concept of charity Hadeeth and its definition. Then two chapters that deals with Al-Hadeeth from the jurisprudence and fundamental attitudes. |
