| هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع إهتمام مؤسسات القطاع الأمني بالمرونة الاستراتيجية، التعرف إلى واقع إهتمام مؤسسات القطاع الأمني بالتميز المؤسسي، وتحديد دور المرونة الاستراتيجية على التميز المؤسسي في مؤسسات القطاع الأمني. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، إعتمد الباحث على استراتيجية المسح / المعاينة، والتي تستند على الطريقة الاستدلالية للإجابة على أسئلة الدراسة المختلفة. وتضمن مجال الدراسة الأساسي مؤسسات القطاع الأمني، بحيث تكون مجتمع الدراسة من القادة في مؤسسات القطاع الأمني والبالغ عددهم (100)، وقد تبين أن العينة الممثلة لمجتمع الدراسة بلغت (93)، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج من أهمها، أنّ لأبعاد المرونة الاستراتيجية أهمية مرتفعة في المؤسسات الأمنية، هنالك تميز عالي في تقديم الخدمة باعتباره أحد العوامل الهامة في تقييم الخدمة الأمنية المقدمة من قبل المؤسسات الأمنية، وجود أثر للمرونة الاستراتيجية على التميز المؤسسي في القطاع الأمني، حيث توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية المرونة الاستراتيجية بالنسبة لتميز المؤسسات الأمنية خاصة في الظروف البيئية المتغيرة، حيث أظهرت الدراسة أن المؤسسات الأمنية التي تتمتع بقدرات المرونة الاستراتيجية تحقق تميز أفضل من غيرها. |

| Abstract |
| This study aimed to identify the reality of security sector institutions’ interest in strategic flexibility, identify the reality of security sector institutions’ interest in institutional excellence, and determine the role of strategic flexibility on institutional excellence in security sector institutions. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher relied on the survey/sampling strategy, which is based on the inductive method to answer the various questions of the study. The main field of study included the security sector institutions, so that the study community consisted of (100) leaders in the security sector institutions. High in security institutions, there is a high distinction in service provision as one of the important factors in evaluating the security service provided by security institutions, and there is an impact of strategic flexibility on institutional excellence in the security sector, where we reached through this study the importance of strategic flexibility in relation to the excellence of security institutions Especially in changing environmental conditions, as the study showed that security institutions that have strategic flexibility capabilities achieve better distinction than others. |
